Private Beta Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information IyaOja currently processes while testing producer onboarding and marketplace operations with a limited group of participants.
Information we currently request
Producer onboarding may request a responsible contact name, phone number, optional email, operating location, organization or registration information where applicable, product details, supply capacity and operational information.
The private beta does not ask producers to upload government identity documents, payment cards or banking credentials.
Why we use it
Information submitted through producer onboarding is used to review pilot participation, understand supply capability, support verification and evidence follow-up, operate the marketplace pilot, and protect the service from abuse.
Security and beta operations
Technical request information may be processed for security, troubleshooting and rate limiting. Internal access to operational workflows is restricted to authorized IyaOja operators.
Private-beta boundaries
Payments are not enabled. Do not send government IDs, payment-card data, passwords, authenticator codes or unrelated sensitive information through beta forms or feedback.
IyaOja will establish a final jurisdiction-specific privacy policy, retention schedule and production consent framework before broad public launch.
